Unfortunately we live in a society where we value quantities over qualities and the same applies to our movement. People will often ask how far you run or how fast, and how much you lift. Very rarely will someone ever ask you how well you do something.
Think of your body like a car if the hand- brake is on and you put your foot on the accelerator, the engine roars but your still not going anywhere. We must remove the handbrake to move forward, the same applies to your body, what’s holding you back or reducing your performance?
Here at the PTP Studio we use an in-depth move- ment, postural and bio-mechanical screening to establish and then remove barriers to efficient movement. This clears the path to you achieving your goals.
